Highlight of your career so far:
hmmmm, playing with KORN at the Rock am Ring show last year. It was a beautiful night, lit only by the most fantastic sunset I have ever seen. We played right as the sun was going down in time to the music. It was a truly a magical moment and a great show.
Drumming strengths:
Versatility...I have played and recorded with jazz piano trios (Alan Pasqua), Jazz fusion violinists (Doug Cameron) as well as the seminal jazz fusion bands Kittyhawk, symphony orchestras(the L.A. Philharmonic, singer songwriter types (Jackson Browne), and currently with one of the heaviest "nu Metal" rock bands ever (Korn)v
Drumming means to me:
expression, artist-ism...
Advice for up and coming drummers:
play what you love, love what you play.
How would you describe yourself:
dedicated, hardworking, a bit of a perfectionist.
When I look back on my life one day, I would like to be able to say:
"I was a good father and husband. I was able to communicate something to up and coming musicians that is worth remembering."
