I guess I keep my velocities on my downbeat solid from start to finish and I keep complete control of the tempos too.

I'm gonna get deaf real soon!

Advice for up and coming drummers:

Just play as much as you can, be available, be consitant but most importantly be ON IT!
A studio engineer once said to me after a recording session "Gordo, you're on the 50p" - I kinda like that saying and since then, it always sticks in my head when I'm about to cut a track in the recording studio. It's important to be solid everytime. I would also say stay healthy, listen to lots of music and just live the dream!

How would you describe yourself:

I would say I am a quiet guy (away from the drumset of course), easy going, enthusiastic and hardworking too. I'm a bit of a studio nerd, I am always writing and producing music in my home studio when I am not drumming.

When I look back on my life one day, I would like to be able to say:

I had fun and I did do what I always dreamt of doing.
